Marco is a product founder and spent the last 20 years de-risking products and ventures, founding and working with multiple organisations at all stages of the lifecycle - from pre-product startups at the ideation stage to pre-IPO, VC-backed tech scaleups with millions of active users. Some of the ventures and companies he worked with include SKai, Partnerize and Glorify. Marco also co-founded OPIÑON, Batchday and UB7 Ventures. Wearing the multiple hats of product, growth and operations, he has been “in the trenches” through the ups and the downs of the journey of hitting and expanding product-market fit or pivoting quickly where necessary. Marco is passionate about Lean Entrepreneurship, Experimentation Culture, Product-led Growth and Interactive Design - above all, he is in love with harnessing team’s and people’s potential.
Sam’s product journey was born from a frustration of using products that don’t make sense. Through her psychology degree, Sam learned about what motivates people and how humans make decisions. Sam has been applying that knowledge throughout her work to understand people’s pain points and create products that address those in the most intuitive and straightforward way possible. Sam has worked on a variety of products including consumer fintech, entertainment platforms and content creation and delivery platforms. Companies Sam worked with include Curve and Tunespotter. Her focus is to hatch experiences that people can use intuitively and that addresses pain points people can describe from their day-to-day lives.
